Veterinary Technicians

Kaylyn Tarver Ambeau

Kaylyn has been with Panther Pet Hospital since 2011. She is a 2010 graduate of West Ranch High School and received her associates degree from Jones County Junior College. She is currently pursuing a degree in Pre-Veterinary Medicine at the University of Southern Mississippi. She has a 2 ½ year old blue pit bull named Ceno. Kaylyn’s family includes her husband, her parents Fred and Cynthia Victor and 3 siblings.

Gina Hill

Gina is a certified veterinary assistant who has been with Panther Pet Hospital since October 2011. Gina and her husband Jeremiah have 2 children, Abby and Gregor. They also have a variety of animal “children” including 3 dogs, Jake Bonzai and Gambit; a cat named Tally; 2 chickens and 3 rabbits as well as a guinea pig named Knot!

Justin Lingle

Justin is a 2011 graduate of Petal High School and attends Jones County Junior College. He has been a part of the Panther Pet Hospital family since 2009. Justin has 2 dogs, a beagle and German Shepherd named Leah and Shadow.

Adrienne Foley

Adrienne comes to Panther Pet Hospital after having done a little bit of everything in the workforce. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Art Design and has worked in catering, telemarketing and office management. She says working at Panther Pet has been her best job and she loves her work family. She has 2 dogs, Dippy and Acquitas, and 3 cats: Mako, Caesar and Randy Daniel. Her human family includes her husband, Patrick and 2 children Will and Anna.

Bree Hanley

Bree graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi with a degree in psychology in December of 2016, and she has plans to go to grad school and get her masters in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) this August. She has been married to Jesse Hanley for five years, and loves all of her various pets at home. She loves rescuing animals, and she is also a huge pitbull advocate, which makes her a great fit here at Panther Pet Hospital!

Luke Martin

Luke graduated from Petal High School in 2017, and has plans to continue his education at Jones County Junior College in the fall. In his free time, he enjoys hanging out with his rescued pitbull—Sweetie, his lab—Marley, and his cats. He also loves to work on his truck, and is excited to continue to help out with all of Panther Pet’s wonderful patients!

Kay Henry

Kay has worked in the veterinary field for four years, and she started working with us at Panther Pet in February of 2016. In her free time, Kay likes to go hunting and fishing with her husband, Jordan. She also enjoys spending time with her two sweet angel babies, Anna Kate and Lynlee Mae. Her and her husband have one fur baby at home, Lucy the pitbull. She loves working at Panther Pet Hospital and helping animals in any way she can!

Sharon Hunt

Sharon is a graduate of Animal Behavior College, and will get her certificate in July of this year. She loves animals, and is following in her mother’s footsteps by working in veterinary medicine. Her mom works at the Hattiesburg zoo and is the reason that Sharon was inspired to work with animals. Sharon was married in 2015 to her husband Cody, and they have four pets: Spencer (a domestic short hair cat), Frankie (a grey tabby), Kuvo (a husky wolf), and Zena (a retriever lab). In her free time, she likes to catch up on sleep and to eat, and she loves working at Panther Pet and spending time with her furry friends!

Melissa Kodrin

Melissa joined our team this year, but is not new to the veterinary profession. Melissa has been a technician for over a decade. In her free time, she enjoys running, going to the gym, and volunteering in her community. Melissa is married and has two beautiful little boys, as well as 5 fur-babies, at home!

April Kittrell

April has been a veterinary technician for 15 years. She has done both large and small animal work, and has also had the privilege of helping raise a Bengal/Siberian tiger cub. She has been married for 18 years to her husband Jason, and they have two sons, Tyler (17) and Cameron (9). They live on a farm in Greene County and have cows, horses, goats, cats, and dogs. She is excited to be back in small animal work, and is looking forward to helping all of Panther Pet’s wonderful clients!
